Which pilates equipment suits me?
For classic pilates exercises, start with a reformer. Short on space? Choose a foldable reformer. The Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel are additions for people who already train.
Wood or aluminium?
Wood is heavier, quieter and stable on the floor. Aluminium is lighter and low-maintenance. For training, they are equally good.
What is a reformer with tower?
A tower is a frame above the reformer with extra springs and a bar. It lets you do more exercises, such as push-through and hanging exercises. Do measure your ceiling height.
Will a reformer fit in my home?
A foldable reformer stands upright after training. The wooden foldable reformer measures about 220 × 65 cm unfolded and about 70 × 65 × 130 cm folded.
